1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using KeyProof ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Who we are

KeyProof is a product of Cedarline Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "We", "us", "our" means Cedarline Technologies LLC.

3. What the App does

KeyProof lets you document the condition of a property with photos, video, voice notes, and a generated PDF report. It's a tool for personal record-keeping and communication with landlords, buyers, sellers, or agents. It is not a substitute for a professional home inspection or legal advice.

4. Your account

An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple, you're responsible for the security of the Apple ID you use.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use KeyProof to violate laws, infringe rights, harass anyone, or document properties you don't have permission to enter. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the app.

6. Your content

Your walkthroughs, photos, and notes belong to you. We don't claim ownership. Since everything is stored on your device (with optional metadata backup), we have no rights over the content itself.

7. PDF disclaimers

Generated PDFs are timestamped and formatted like inspection reports, but they are not certified inspections. Their legal weight depends on your jurisdiction and the parties involved. We make no warranty about their admissibility in disputes.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App is free of bugs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedarline Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will bump the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
